This plot is in the peaceful little community of Suan Luang Beach and maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes by car or motor bike.  It is also 200 m to the main Bangsaphan Road #3374 so the shops, markets, hospital, Tesco and 5 banks are only 5 minutes drive away.   
Bangsaphan is a small town but residents of Suan Luang Beach and this area can drive the 200 km to Hua Hin for special shopping, it’s nightlife, immigration or golf. Bus and trains are available to visit other parts of Thailand and once the new railway from Bangkok to the south is completed travel times should be halved. We also envisage the airport in Chumphon, which at present has 4 flights a day to Bangkok, opening up to other areas as may Hua Hin airport.
