Bangsaphan Yai is 90 km south of the town of Prachuap Khiri Khan and the border with Myanmar where the Immigration Office handles 90 day residence permits. Hua Hin is a further 100 km and there Annual Visa are processed by the Immigration Office. At that time Bangsaphan residents often take the opportunity to spend a few days in Hua Hin and enjoy shopping, it’s many restaurants, and maybe play golf on it’s well known courses.
For residents who enjoy exploring or motorbiking, Bangsaphan could be considered an ideal focal point for travelling to the mountains, beaches, lakes, rivers, caves, and Temples of  Southern Thailand.
